Ahn Hyo Seop and Jo Bo Ah Tandem Eyed for Upcoming Rom-Com 'Office Blind Date'
Ahn Hyo Seop and Jo Bo Ah are in talks to star in the upcoming romantic comedy-drama, titled "Office Blind Date."
According to reports, the "Doctor Romantic 2" actor and "Tale of the Nine-Tailed" actress are in discussions to film a webtoon-based series of the same name.
It came after a source from his agency, Starhaus Entertainment, revealed that he is currently reviewing the offer to lead the forthcoming project.
"'Office Blind Date' is one of the projects he has received an offer for. He is reviewing the offer," the insider noted.
The same goes for the model turned actress, who is also rumored to play the lead role.
If the duo says yes to star in the thrilling office romance, Jo Bo Ah will play Shin Ha Ri's role - a regular office employee who goes on a blind date only to find out that she's seeing the company's CEO.

The romantic comedy series follows the story of Ha Ri and her surprising dating adventure.
For hefty cash payment, she pretends to be her best friend to go on a blind date; however, she was surprised upon learning that her date was none other than Tae-mu, the big boss of the company she's working for.
To make things worse, she is about to marry him but was unaware that Ha Ri is his employee.

"Ahn Hyo Seop is already in talks to a popular webtoon turn-based drama with Jo Bo Ah, and I haven't even seen him in motion with Kim Yoo Jung," one fan tweeted.
Meanwhile, the second user is hopeful that the two actors will both agree to the upcoming webtoon-based series.

From Web Novel to TV Series
To recall, Kakao Page previously mentioned in August 2020 about its plans to create a series based on a web novel written by Hae Hwa, way back 2017.
It was only a year later when the author produced it into a webtoon that gained the public's attention.
This will be the first time that Ahn Hyo Seop is working alongside Jo Bo Ah.
The 25-year-old actor gained its popularity after debuting in MBC's 2015 series "Splash Splash Love," followed by hit dramas such as "Still 17," "Abyss," and "Dr. Romantic 2," where he played the role of the talented surgeon Seo Woojin.
As for Jo Bo Ah, she debuted in 2012 in "Shut Up! Flower Boy Band," and her most recent is the "Tale of the Nine-Tailed."
