Meanwhile, Jun Ji Hyun is being courted to make her small screen return through the drama "Polaris." She is in talks to team up for the first time with veteran actor Kang Dong Won. The series will be helmed by "Vincenzo" director Kim Hee Won, while Jung Seo Kyung will write the script.
If she accepts the project, it marks her first drama following "Jirisan" in 2021. Meanwhile, it will be Kang Dong Won's first drama after two decades since he has been focused on appearing in movies.
