As for his latest stop, the singer-actor met his Indonesian fans on June, 24th at Istora Senayan Jakarta. The actor entertained them with his soulful and enchanting voice. Lee Seung Gi also sang "Because You're My Woman," his debut song from 19 years ago.

Over social media, fans shared a few clips from Lee Seung Gi's concert, where Indonesian Airens sang along with him.

However, an outlet mentioned how the actor failed to book the event location, knowing Lee Seung Gi's popularity and huge fan base.

Is Lee Seung Gi's Popularity Declining?

In a report cited by a media outlet, Lee Seung Gi's concert had low ticket sales. Due to this, a lot of seats were left empty, especially at the back, while most of the audience gathered in the front and middle sections.

Moreover, the news portal added that this is not the first time that the award-winning star has experienced reduced attendance from fans. At his previous event in South Korea, he was unable to book all the tickets.

Because of this, the incident raised concerns among online communities, prompting questions about his declining fame as an artist.

Lee Seung Gi Faces Back-to Back Crisis

In 2023, the actor started the year with a whirlwind of events in his life - fom the dispute with his former agency, Hook Entertainment, to his marriage with Lee Da In.

It seemed like a never ending case after Lee Seung Gi filed a lawsuit against the label due to unpaid music profits for the past 18 years since his debut.

Hook Entertainment CEO Kwon Jin Young, along with the company's financial directors, faced suspicion over violations of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes, or occupational embezzlement and fraud.

Reports at the time mentioned that the agency paid Lee Seung Gi about 630 million KRW, or $500,000, after he raised his concern.

As for Lee Seung Gi's relationship with Lee Da In, the couple experienced mixed reactions from fans as they expressed their dislike for the actress.

Despite this, the singer-actor married the "Alice" star on April 7, 2023, in a romantic wedding ceremony in Seoul attended by family, relatives, and friends.
