‘Moving’ Director Reveals Surprising Reason He Wanted Jo In Sung, Han Hyo Joo to Film KIss Scene on Holiday

The Disney+ series continues to create huge online buzz as the webtoon-based K-drama airs once a week.
Interestingly, fans were drawn to the chemistry of Han Hyo Joo and Jo In Sung, who took on the roles of former secret agents and fell in love during the mission.
Han Hyo Joo and Jo In Sung's Character Highlights
In Moving," Han Hyo Joo plays Lee Mi Hyun, a skilled secret agent who was given a special task that involves getting close to Kim Doo Shik, played by Jo In Sung.
He is a top-tier black-ops agent who has the ability to fly. In the middle of Mi Hyun's mission, she sees his genuine heart and falls in love with Doo Shik.
Unfortunately, things got caught up after Doo Shik got embroiled in a chaotic incident.
'Moving' Director Says He Only Films Han Hyo Joo and Jo In Sung's Romantic Scenes on Holiday Because of One Reason
In an interview with Harper's Bazaar Korea, Han Hyo Joo shared that filming "Moving" took them almost a year.
"It's a long series. It has twenty episodes, so the shooting began in the summer and finished in the next summer," she said, referring to the 20-episode K-drama.

Moreover, the actress revealed that they had to shoot scenes even on holiday. This means that they spent Christmas and New Year's Eve on the set.
"On Christmas, December 31st and January 1st, we were on the set. By the way, I wonder if it was the director's plan or not," Han Hyo Joo asked, to which Jo In Sung replied, "Yeah, it was his plan."
Meanwhile, the actress wondered why the "Moving" director wanted them to film the romantic scene only on holidays like Christmas and New Year."
Interestingly, director Park In Je was able to answer this when he visited the shoot.
The filmaker made everyone laugh when he told them the real reason behind Han Hyo Joo's question.
"Because you guys are both single," he said. Jo In Sung, on the other hand, thanked the director despite making them work on special days and had a lot of fun because of it.
"We often had dinner together and drank soju on the set. It was pretty nice to spend Christmas and New Year's Eve together," the actor said.
'Moving' Episodes 12 and 13 Release Date
Airing once a week, Disney+ releases two new episodes of the series simultaneously.
For "Moving" episodes 12 and 13 are scheduled to air on August 30 at 4 p.m. KST. Viewers will get to watch the two episodes via Disney+ and Hulu.
