"Doona" episodes 4 to 6 introduce more characters who are connected to Bae Suzy and Yang Se Jong's characters.

In these episodes, Park Se Wan, who joins as Lee Won Joon's childhood friend, showcases their complex relationship.

Will it affect the connection between Lee Won Joon (Yang Se Jong) and Lee Doona (Bae Suzy)?

'Doona' Episode 4 Recap

Out of curiosity, Lee Won Joon Googled Lee Doona on the internet and saw what the public said about her. Mostly negative, netizens looked down on her after photos of her circulating on the internet with a non-celebrity man, who happens to be Won Joon.

He told Doona about this and was surprised that he only Googled about her just now.

One of the highlights in "Doona" episode 3 is the reunion between Lee Won Joon and his childhood friend Choi Yi Ra.

Growing up with the same birthdate, neighborhood, and school, their parents wanted them to end up together. However, Yi Ra moved to Spain and promised to meet Won Joon again to be her other half in the future.

As for Lee Won Joon, he experienced intense fear being around her, so with Yi Ra gone, things have turned out to be peaceful around him.

Unfortunately for him, they were reunited after several years and are now studying at the same university.

After meeting up with a friend, Lee Won Joon denied that he recognized Choi Yi Ra but had no choice but to take care of her after she got drunk.

Little did he know that Lee Doona was waiting for her in the apartment and was told that he was with a girl.

As soon as Won Joon arrived at their house, he had a heart-to-heart talk with Doona.

Feeling a little jealous, she asked him why she was feeling that way towards Won Joon. In the last scene, Lee Doona kissed Won Joon, which obviously surprised him.

'Doona' Episode 5 Recap

Titled "Meaningless Kiss," Lee Won Joon surprised Lee Doona after he confronted her about sending mixed signals.

He admitted that the kiss felt heartfelt but clarified that he didn't want to hope for anything.

Although they remained good friends, Doona seemed to be falling for Lee Won Joon.

In the episode, Choi Yi Ra and Kim Jin Joo have decided to join Doona and Won Joon at the shared apartment.

It may seem like the more, the merrier, but at some point, Lee Doona was jealous that Won Joon's attention would be divided between his female friends, whom he had known before she met him.

In "Doona" episode 5, Lee Won Joon also took the courage to set things straight with Won Joon.

During their heart-to-heart talk, she recalled how it felt when the high school student Won Joon confessed to her.

Unfortunately, at the time, she couldn't express her feelings; she also felt the same way because she was dealing with family issues at the time.

As a result, it felt like she left Lee Won-joon hanging.

Fast forward to the present time. Won Joon gets honest and says that he is not feeling the same way towards Jin Joo now.

At this point, he is also considering his feelings towards Lee Doona.

'Doona' Episode 6 Recap

The sixth episode featured how Lee Won Joon and Lee Doona's relationship is getting deeper.

Following the duo's passionate kiss, Lee Won Joo confessed to his roommates that he and Lee Doona were dating.

The shocking revelation prompted Kim Jin Joo to leave the apartment, and during her conversation with him, Lee Won Joon hoped that she could be with someone who would love her genuinely.

The highlight of "Doona" episode 6 is Lee Won Joon getting to know Lee Doona better.

She invited him to go on a spontaneous vacation and invited him to come to the place where she grew up.

After spending the night together, Lee and Doona were surprised to see a familiar face. It turned out that her former manager was looking for her to join the reunion of the girl group.

In the episode, it is illustrated why Doona fell in love with her manager, Park In Wook.

Leaving her town at a young age to become an idol, it was In Wook who took care of her. Their relationship has evolved from manager to trainee to something more romantic.
