'My Demon' Update: Song Kang Turns Into Handsome Devil

SBS continues to drop more stills and teasers for the upcoming premiere of one of its highly-anticipated dramas "My Demon" starring Song Kang and Kim Yoo Jung. 

"My Demon" will be released for the first time on November 24, and the production unveiled some of the actor's character stills who transformed into the devil Jung Gu Won. From a black suit to a pure white ensemble, the male star was able to showcase his sharp and charming image. 

The romantic-comedy series with a touch of fantasy begins its story when Do Do Hee, a devilish chaebol heiress, and Jung Gu Won, a devil who lost his powers for a moment, sign a marriage contract. 

It has been said that the contract with a demon will give a finite happiness and at the same time lead to hell. A soul security salvation romance with a sweet but dangerous demon will give the viewers a different level of excitement. 

Above all, the talented actors and actresses are one of the things to look forward to in the series. Song Kang, Kim Yoo Jung, Lee Sang Yi, and Kim Hae Sook are already increasing the audience's expectations due to their incredible talent in acting.

Meanwhile, apart from the photos, Song Kang revealed the reason why he chose "My Demon" as the next drama he wanted to work on.

"The rom-com genre that I have never done before was interesting, and the more I read the script, the more attractive the contents and the characters' lines came to me."

In regards to his role, Jung Gu Won, Song Kang elaborated, "I pride myself on being perfect without any lack of effort, however, I face a major change due to some events." He added that there are various aspects in the process of change in Jung Gu Won's character.

"It will be a new character, different from what I played before. I added ad-libs to show emotions, and I tried to express them with my own character. I think I can see myself coming out of Jung Gu Won."

Furthermore, catch the much-awaited return of Song Kang and Kim Yoo Jung in their first rom-com drama "My Demon." It will debut on November 24 at 10 p.m. (KST) on SBS and Netflix.
