'My Happy Ending' Introduces Jang Nara as Fierce & Ambitious CEO
Just a month before its scheduled release, the production team excites viewers by dropping some stills introducing Jang Nara's newest role.
The psychological-thriller drama "My Happy Ending" tells the story of a woman who faces an intriguing truth after she is betrayed by the people she trusted the most. Taking the lead role is none other than Jang Nara, she is the fiercely ambitious Seo Jae Won, who is passionate about chasing success after surviving a poor childhood.
Even though she achieved her dreams after years of consistent hard work, her almost perfect life starts to shatter after the hidden secrets of those around her-husband, father, and colleagues come to light one by one.
Jang Nara Exhibits Lady Boss Aura in 'My Happy Ending'
In the still cuts, Jang Nara makes the picture-perfect career woman as the stylish CEO Seo Jae Won, through her blood, sweat, and tears, she's able to establish a respected reputation as the head of the furniture company and a famous influencer with over millions of followers.
As a great leader, Seo Jae Won exhibits a lady boss-like aura and shows her interest and passion in the industry and all the people she's dealing with.

Meanwhile, Jang Nara shared the reason for choosing to star in "My Happy Ending." According to her, initially, she received the script for about half of the entire series. From her acting perspective, she thought it would be a major learning experience, and she was curious to find out what happened next in the story.
With that in mind, Jang Nara became more curious and intrigued to find out all the mysteries in the drama and so she decided to accept the offer.
Drama Team Praise Jang Nara's Flawless Acting
As for her role, the actress said, "I both pitied and loved the way Seo Jae Won is constantly aspiring to survive. When I was acting, I put my focus on Seo Jae Won's desperation to survive. She may be weak and overpowered by her situation but she has a strong will to face her enemies."
Jang Nara also mentioned that she loves the psychological-thriller genre. Due to that, she worked hardest on portraying her character to maintain the suspense of the narrative and immensely attached to her character's emotions.
Meanwhile, the production team praised the actress for her complete immersion in her role, "She flawlessly pulled off Seo Jae Won's character. Jang Nara is an amazing actress whose focus cannot be compared to anyone."
Furthermore, "My Happy Ending" is scheduled to meet the viewers on primetime beginning December 30 on Viki.
