Clara (Clara Lee) is considering a return to Korean entertainment and acting.

The 30-year-old actress traveled abroad, to observe a period of contemplation, following her alleged legal battle with Polaris Entertainment. She is currently living outside of Korea, while reflecting on her future.

"Clara took a break overseas and her return is being painstakingly considered," said a representative for the "Emergency Couple" star, in a statement provided to OSEN

OSEN went on to report the numerous considerations that were being factored into her acting comeback, particularly as she attempts to assimilate back into the Korean entertainment industry.

"It seems [she] may return as early as next year," stated the spokesperson for Clara.

While she experienced increased popularity through her portrayal of Han Ah Reum, a minister's daughter and medical intern in "Emergency Couple," her image took a hit from her legal woes with her former agency, Polaris Entertainment.

On September 18, 2015, Clara dropped her suit against Polaris, concluding a dispute that began in December 2014.

She filed the alleged lawsuit against Polaris in an attempt to nullify her exclusive contract with the agency. Clara delivered harsh allegations against the former Polaris president Lee Kyu Tae, claiming that he was responsible for sexual harassment through various means including text messages.

Polaris countered that her claims were false and were attributed to her attempts to blackmail Lee, in order to end her contract, whose expiration was set for 2018.

The actress struggled with cancelled promotional contracts and an attempted ban on her activities in Korea during the height of her dispute with Polaris. While industry insiders speculated that she would pursue a countersuit against Lee Kyu Tae, she dropped all attempts at act through the legal system in September 2015.
