'Good Doctor' Why is Moon Chae Won so Clueless About Joo Won's Affections?

"Good Doctor" Joo Won wants to approach Moon Chae Won as a man but she seems to be clueless.

September 9, the 11th episode of the KBS drama "Good Doctor" featured Park Si On (Joo Won) worrying about his romantic feelings towards Cha Yoon Seo (Moon Chae Won). Park Si On's heart begins to pound uncontrollably whenever he gets near Cha Yoon Seo. It has come to a point where Park Si On is hurting because Cha Yoon Seo won't even notice him.

Finally during this episode, Park Si On decides to confess his feelings for Cha Yoon Seo. Park Si On wears a suit and goes to see her with a rose.

However, Cha Yoon Seo replies, "Do you have a favor to ask me or something?" and remains clueless to Park Si On's attempt at reaching out to her.

Even when she takes the rose from him, she is clueless. She just jokes around and says, "Okay, what have you done wrong?"
