Krystal Donates To Charity For Her Birthday

f(x)'s Krystal is currently starring in the drama "The Heirs" as Lee Bo Na, the heiress of Mega Entertainment, and with the success she's been receiving from her various projects in both acting and singing, the idol-actress shares the love with leukemia patients for her 20th birthday.

On October 24, Krystal and her fans celebrated by donating 30 kilograms (approximately 150 servings) of high quality Hanwoo beef to the Korea Childhood Leukemia Foundation. It is the same foundation that received rice wreaths from Krystal's fans when they collected gifts last October 7 for the successful premiere of "The Heirs".

This donation is a project by Krystal's fans for her birthday, but according to sources, it was the idol-actress who personally requested that the meat be delivered to the foundation instead.

Along with the generous gift were messages of encouragement saying, "We did not know what Lee Bo Na's favorite food is, so we just prepared some Hanwoo", "Heir of beauty, heir of beautiful abs, and heir of a sweet voice", and "Wishing you the best".

In the past, Krystal and her fans have also given back to charity by donating rice wreaths to celebrate the success of her drama "High Kick: Revenge of the Short Legged".

Meanwhile, her sister Jessica posted a message for her birthday. She said, "Baby Krys's 20th birthday!!! Thank you, Mom. She is the most precious and lovely girl on earth. I'm glad you were born, Soo Jung (Krystal's Korean name)."
