Yes, you read it right! They too had gone through the struggles of being a student despite fame, rumors and luxurious living.

1. Kim Tae Hee (B.A. Fashion and Design at Seoul National University)

Kim Tae Hee went to Samshin Elementary School and straight to Daehyun Middle school. She graduated high school at Ulsan Girls' High School.

She later transferred to Seoul in 1999 and attended college at the prestigious Seoul National University. There, she became the president of the SNU's Women Ski Club. The actress graduated from SNU with a bachelor's degree in fashion design in the year 2005.

2. Song Hye Kyo (Film Arts at Sejong University)

The Descendants of the Sun actress Song Hye Kyo considered herself a shy and introverted girl while she was in middle school but her high school teacher described her as having a cheerful character. Rumors say that she stood out in class and was always in a happy mood.

Song Hye-kyo attended Sejong University in college where she majored and got a degree in Film Arts.

3. Song Joong Ki (Business Administration at Sungkyunkwan University)

Song Joong Ki was scouted on the subway by an agent while he was in Seoul preparing for the entrance test at Sungkyunkwan University. Though he was offered some projects, he did not immediately grab the opportunity to enter the entertainment industry as he was still doubtful with his career path, and because his father was against the idea of him becoming an actor.

He later became a part-time student after deciding to enter the entertainment industry. The actor graduated during his third year at Sungkyunkwan obtaining a degree in Business Administration (minor in broadcasting) in the year 2012.

4. Lee Min Ho (B.A. Film from Konkuk University)

Lee Min Ho was chosen for the youth football class by the South Korean manager and former professional player Cha Bum-Kun, but during his 5th grade of elementary school, an accident injured the actor badly and put an end to his football dreams. During his second year of high school, Lee Min Ho turned to acting to forget the painful experience.

He then attended Konkuk University and gained a degree in Film & Art.

5. Park Shin Hye (Film Studies at Chung-Ang University)

Park Shin Hye graduated from Youngpa Girls' High School and afterward attended Chung-Ang University. There she spent eight long years to study college and then graduated with a degree in Theater in February 2016.

The actress was awarded with the service award at the convocation ceremony for her achievement as an artist ambassadress for the university.
