The KBS2 TV series tells the story of a webtoon artist wannabe Kim Sol Ah, portrayed by Shin Ye Eun. She has a love and hate relationship with cats, most especially with a cat named Hong Jo, played by Kim Myung Soo. He can secretly transform into a human being whenever he gets to hold Kim Sol Ah's belongings.
On the other hand, actor Seo Ji Hoon plays as the character of the persevering Lee Jae Sun, who is a bit recluse and doesn't open up his emotions to anyone, even to Kim Sol Ah, who he bears deep feelings for.

The beginning of the reciprocated romance between Kim Sol Ah and Hong Jo
In the finale of episode 12, both Hong Jo and Kim Sol Ah started to initiate their deep feelings for each other. Hong Jo firmly shows his desire to always be by her side and always showered her with great endearment. Because Hong Jo understands Kim Sol Ah's pain and whatever she's going through, she starts to develop adoration towards him.
At long last, she was able to push Lee Jae Sun out of her heart and mind and began to reciprocate Hong Jo's love for her.
The rivalry between Hong Jo and Lee Jae Sun for Kim Sol Ah's heart
As seen in episode 12, Lee Jae Sun hired Hong Jo as a part-timer at his café with a scheme to monitor Hong Jo's secret "identity." Through this, both characters, even with rivalry, began working together.
Meanwhile, Hong Jo got his sweet revenge against Lee Jae Sun by intentionally coming close to him, which triggers Lee Jae Sun's allergic reaction to cats. Lee Jae Sun couldn't wholly hate Hong Jo for he already knew the cat-turned-human since he was a kitten. That is why he is somehow cautious with his actions around Hong Jo. The disputatious relationship between the two men, combined with strange emotions, will bring up curiosity on what's in store of the drama.
Hong Jo's peculiar capability to shift into a human form
It is known that Hong Jo is a cat that sometimes transforms into a human. Hong Jo has done several experiments to uncover the solution for turning him into a human form. Until one day, he discovered that Kim Sol Ah's scent and also her stuff are the key to his transformation. He also found out that if he gets his energy low, he could not keep pace with a human being's appearance.
In the 12th chapter, Hong Jo shifted back into a cat after running for Kim Sol Ah. And while he is having a nap as a cat, Hong Jo was taken by an unusual man. These mysteries make the viewers even more curious about what plans Hong Jo has in the future and how he can handle his weaknesses, and most importantly, will Kim Sol Ah be able to discover his secret in the future?
