Ku Hye Sun is Moving On With Positive Outlook in Life + Hopes for Acting Comeback

Ku Hye Sun had a press event for her exhibit, her first time after her divorce. The actress shared that there was a time when she was watching "Mister Trot" together with her parents, she was able to forget many things and retrieved a happy attitude in life. And instead of being worried about being encircled by a huge crowd, she began to anticipate it. 

The actress added that she did not expect that a lot of people would attend the event, but she was nonetheless grateful.

Previously, Ku Hye Sun talked about her divorce with Ahn Jae Hyun on "E-news Exclusive." In the conversation at the press conference, the actress was asked about her current feelings concerning the said controversy. Ku Hye Sun responded, saying that she had practiced for this question and that she knew it would be brought up. Unfortunately, she was unable to answer. She decided to focus more on her thoughts about herself instead of dwelling on it. She continued that she pondered many times on how she should face and talk to that person. Still, she couldn't think or come up with a response, so she apologized for it instead.

The actress is in the process of working hard to forget the painful experience, and right now, she only thinks about preparing her future instead. Ku Hye Sun added that she will only be able to witness how her feelings have shifted when she reflects on herself later on. But as of the moment, she keeps herself busy living day by day.

During the interview, she was also asked about the divorce's legal proceedings, to which the actress shared that she has felt very apologetic for quite some time about having to fix and sort out these matters with her private life. Even if this was regarding her private life, she still publicly appealed on the issue and has reflected on it, realizing that it was not the right thing to do.

Ku Hye Sun went on by stating that as of now, there are no particular issues with the divorce suit. She believes that it will be resolved in time.

Ku Hye Sun also honestly shared the possibility of her comeback to the entertainment industry. It will be recalled that when news of her divorce from the Ahn broke out, she stated her retirement plans. She eventually realized that life doesn't always go according to plan. She thinks about acting in the future, and she also would like to greet everyone through a production again. She still looks forward to promoting films and drama, and she stated that it would just happen naturally as things gradually resolve.

From April 4 to April 30, Ku Hye Sun's exhibition "Voyage - Again and Again" is at the Jinsan Gallery, located in Seoul, South Korea.
