TV Chosun's "King Maker: The Change of Destiny" has released its second poster and trailer for the first episode. This upcoming period drama features the struggle for the throne in Joseon.

Choi Chun-Joong, played by Park Si Hoo, is a fortune-teller in Joseon. Even though he is born from a well-off family, people look down on him ever since his family was killed. As the nation's best face reader, he became the most powerful man in Joseon. Being aware of the nation's destiny, he tries to alter it. He is also a devoted man to the love of his life.

Also, Princess Lee Bong-Ryeon, played by Ko Sung Hee, will have a special ability to see people's fate. Her gift is both a blessing and curse to her. She is the daughter of King Cheoljong.

Park Si Hoo started as an underwear model but he eventually shifted into being an actor. He debuted as an actor in 2005, and rose to fame for his roles in the rom-com series "Queen of Reversals" and "Prosecutor Princess." Then, he eventually landed on leading roles, such as in "The Princess' Man" and the thriller film "Confession of Murder."

The actor was put into controversy when he was accused of allegedly raping a 22 year-old aspiring actress after drinking heavily at a bar in Gangnam. In the long run, the matter was settled.

Ko Sung Hee, 30, won the Best New Actress award for her first leading role in the fantasy drama "Diary of a Night Watchman" at the 2014 MBC Drama Awards. She also starred in other dramas, such as "Spy," "My Beautiful Bride," "While You Were Sleeping," "Suits, "Ms. Ma, Nemesis," and recently, Netflix's "My Holo Love"

"King Maker: The Change of Destiny" is also known as "Wind and Cloud and Rain," and has the literal title "Baramgwa Gooreumgwa Bi." It is a novel written by Lee Byung Joo, published in the newspapers of The Chosun Ilbo from 1977 to 1987. This drama series will be featuring a mix of real historical characters and also fictional ones.

Jeon Kwang Leol, Sung Hyuk, Kim Seung Su, Eru, Park Jung Yeon and Kim Bo- eon will also participate in the series. Jeon Kwang Leol will play as Heungseon Daewongun. Daewongun literally means "prince of the great court." Customarily, this is granted to the father of the reigning monarch when that father did not rule himself.

Initially, the role Heungseon Daewongun was first offered to Song Seung Heon but he declined.

Jeon Kwang Leol has a long list of drama series that he has been into. He has won Best Actor for his role in "Passionate Love" in 2013 SBS Drama Awards, and he was also awarded as Golden Acting Actor Award for his role in "Lights and Shadows" and "I Miss You" at 2012 MBC Drama Awards.

Park Jung Yeon will play as Empress Myeongseong, while Kim Bo Yeon is Queen Shinjung.

Kim Bo Yeon is a veteran star with also long line of drama series in her portfolio. She won Golden Actress for her role in "Princess Aurora" in 2013 MBC Drama Awards and Most Popular Actress award for her role in "Possessed" in the 2009 (32nd) Golden Cinematography Awards.

"King Maker: The Change of Destiny" will take over TV Chosun's "Selection: The War Between Women" every Sunday at 22:50 KST. It will premiere on May 17.
