Jung So Min, Kim Ji Suk, and Jung Gun Joo To Possibly Star in Drama "Monthly House"
There is a big possibility that stars Kim Ji Suk, Jung So Min, and Jung Gun Joo will be working in a new romance drama!
Sports Chosun and Joy News 24 announced that the actors are being pursued to star in a new JTBC romance series.
On Tuesday, June 2, a representative from JTBC revealed that the upcoming drama, with the title "Monthly House," has sent an offer to stars Kim Ji Suk, Jung So Min, and Jung Gun Joo to be the drama's leads. However, it is not quite decided yet.
Kim Ji Suk has been given the offer to play the character of Yoo Ja Sung, who is the CEO of the real estate investment company and the magazine company "Monthly House." He went from starting very low to achieving opulence.
However, Yoo Ja Sung did not reach such achievement by doing nothing. His journey went to studying during the day, working part-time in a restaurant, and working as a designated driver at night, and working on construction on weekends. Barely having any sleep, he studies real estate and later became an expert in investment. His journey went from rags to being a wealthy man.
Yoo Ja Sung now owns properties worth billions of won in real estate. Although when a girl named Na Young Won comes into his life, they begin an unexpected romantic relationship.
Hoping to portray the role of Na Young Won is Jung So Min. Her character is editor of a magazine for ten years while also living in a rented apartment for a decade. The same belief with others, Na Young Won has a firm belief that she can be her true and comfortable self when she is at home.
Thus, when she discovered that the homeowner is horrible and can be described as the devil himself and the CEO of a real estate company, Yoo Ja Sung, Na Young Won decides to look for another home of her own and becomes quite interested in real estate.
Jung Goon Joo has been offered to play the character of Shin Kyum, a camping fanatic and also a professional photographer. Shin Kyum strongly believes in the sayings of "YOLO," which states "You Only Live Once," and also Work-Life Balance. He chose to become a photographer because he wanted to inherit his dad's talent for photography. Shin Kyum is also Na Young Won's neighbor, so this often leads to their fate intertwining.
