"Reply 1994" Yeon Joon Suk To Star As Ba Ro's Younger Brother

Actor Yeon Joon Suk is to star in tvN drama "Reply 1994" as a surprise guest.

On November 5. 2013. an official from the production team of "Reply 1994" said, "Yeon Joon Suk plans to star in the drama as Dong Woo, a younger brother of Bing Geu Rae (Ba Ro)."

According to the official, Yeon Joon Suk plays Dong Woo, who without plans came to Seoul from his hometown to see his brother. The team has already filmed an episode with him in September.

The official added, "Since we haven't finished editing the episode, we're not sure when that episode is going to air, or whether Yeon Joon Suk will star in 'Reply 1994' again."

"Reply 1994" is a prequel of "Reply 1997," and films a story of people from different regions of Korea in Seoul Shin Chon's boarding house. The drama focuses on nostalgia of the 1990s such as the idol group Seo Taiji and the Boys, and the Korean Basketball League.
