Maybe, it's because they all showcase that charisma to die for or just looking at them wearing their suit perfectly melts our weak hearts.

In this drama, actor Park Hae Jin portrays the character of Ga Yeol Chan, the marketing department head at a big company. He strived and worked hard to be able to reach his current position. But before achieving success, Ga Yeol Chan once worked as Lee Man Sic's (Kim Eung Soo) intern and Ga Yeol Chan loathed working for the old man. Lee Man Sic did not treat him well when he worked under him.

Yeol Chan's management style to his employees includes not letting his subordinates work late and ensuring they have work-life balance. 2. Park Seo Joon as Lee Young Joon in "What's Wrong With Secretary Kim"
This drama starts off by Kim Mi So (Park Min Young) deciding that it's high time for her to quit her job as the ever-loyal secretary to Vice Chairman Lee Young Joon (Park Seo Joon) as she is looking forward to pursuing her own dreams of finding a husband and start her own family.
However, Lee Young Joon has already become dependent on her for almost a decade and can't accept the fact that Kim Mi So is going to leave him, so he ends up asking her hand in marriage. Lee Young Joon is an egoistic boss and sometimes self-centered, but he is very generous and considerate to his employees, that is why his employees are also very loyal to him.
3. Park Seo Joon as Ji Sung Joon in "She Was Pretty"
Another boss role for Park Seo Joon! "She Was Pretty" is a story about a young woman named Kim Hye Jin (Hwang Jung Eum), who was then a very organized and popular girl with the boys.
