BREAKING: Jung So Min And Lee Joon Break Up After Three Years
Celebrity couple Jung So Min and Lee Joon have decided to part ways after being together in a relationship for three years.
Dispatch released a report on June 26 that the representatives of both stars Jung So Min and Lee Joon revealed that they have called it quits.
According to the report, a source stated that it is unfortunate that just recently, the couple decided to break up. The other one source also added that both stars decided to stay on good terms and support each other as fellow actors.
PrainTPC, the agency of Lee Joon, issued their announcement, stating that Lee Joon and Jung So Min recently parted ways. The statement added that the actor is planning to greet everyone soon with a good project on the way.
On the other hand, Blossom Entertainment, Jung So Min's agency, also released their confirmation about the report. Both parties have decided to remain good colleagues.
As stated by Dispatch, sources that are close to the couple shared that they spent a lot of time apart and since they both have busy schedules, they eventually grew apart from each other. As a result, they decided to give more time and focus more on their careers and individual projects.
The two stars first worked together in the KBS drama "Father is Strange," then as they were co stars in the said drama the two eventually fell in love and started dating in October 2017 and then announced that they are officially in a relationship several months later.
"Father is Strange" is starred by actors Kim Yeong-cheol, Kim Hae-sook, Ryu Soo-young, Lee Yoo-ri, Lee Joon, Jung So-min, Ryu Hwa-young, and Ahn Hyo-seop. The drama was broadcasted in the KBS2 network every Saturday and Sunday on the time slot 7:55 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. (KST). The drama became very popular and gained a lot of viewers so it was extended by two more episodes. Originally, it was slated for only 50 episodes.
"Father is Strange" tells the story about a middle class family that stays in the suburbs of Seoul. The family consists of the father, his wife, their three daughters, and their one son. However, their lives began to change when a young man, who is a celebrity, suddenly shows up at their household, claiming that he is also the son of the family.
