WATCH: "Forest of Secrets" Season 2 Teaser + A Glimpse of Bae Doo Na As Detective With Soft Charisma
After the drama poster was released, a new teaser video for the much-anticipated second season of "Forest of Secrets" has once again graced our vision.
Viewers are on the edge of their seats for the actors Cho Seung Woo and Bae Doo Na's comeback to the well-received K-drama.
The first season aired in 2017, which tackles the story of emotionless prosecutor Hwang Si Mok and warm-hearted police officer Han Yeo Jin. They team up to catch a serial murderer and expose corruption in the prosecutor's office.
We can't wait for Season 2 to give us different circumstances of both the characters protecting the law and in the service to provide justice to their countrymen. But this time, the pair stands on the opposite sides of a tense situation involving the police and the prosecutor's office.
Other actors in the show are Lee Joon Hyuk, Yoon Se Ah, Jeon Hye Jin, Chun Moo Sung, and many more.
The teaser gives a sneak peek of what's in store for the actors who will reprise their roles, and as the narrator says, "Everyone who wants silence is an accomplice."
Season 2 begins in August this year.
Bae Doo Na, in character as Han Yeo Jin, is a detective with a strong will to show no compromise when it comes to injustice. In any crimes under her jurisdiction, she is the first person in the scene and shows sympathy to the victims. In Season 1, Han Yeo Jin was promoted to a higher rank.
The new season shows Bae Doo Na in her new aura with soft charisma and composure. She has grown out of her hair and gives a more graceful action. What's more exciting is that Han Yeo Jin will be working at the Korean National Police Agency headquarters. Though she always loves to be a detective in the violent crimes department, it is more different as this time, the headquarters tackle decision-making and connections.

Last week, the cast and crew gathered for their first reading after three years of being in the same scenario. All the actors were excited and showed great chemistry on the set. As for actress Bae Doo Na, she shared, "Ater three years, it's my first reunion with Cho Seung Woo, which I think of as my greatest partner. We all have great teamwork fits nicely as if we just filmed together yesterday. He feels like a long-friend of mine. I look forward that we'll have great chemistry as we did in season one."
This will be Bae Doo Na's return to her tvN family since 2017. Her latest role was in Netflix's original series "Kingdom" Season 2.
