Park Seo Joon and Choi Woo Shik Have Hilarious Call With BTS V on tvN's “Summer Vacation”
Park Seo Joon spends time with Choi Woo Shik and Jung Yu Mi during the July 24th episode of variety show "Summer Vacation."
The program is all about people who come together in an unknown place to experience a peaceful and relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This variety show is to help their guests unwind and allow themselves to take a break from their busy lives. The show stars Jung Yu Mi, Choi Woo Shik, and their special guests.
In this episode, Park Seo Joon visits their summer home. The three talked about things they do at home, such as cooking. However, Jung Yu Mi shares a disappointed look when she finds out Park Seo Joon doesn't cook as she was supposed to pick fresh basil for him. As Jung Yu Mi and Choi Woo Shik try to keep on insisting Park Seo Joon to take home plums and chives, he jokingly said that he feels like he is at his grandmother's house.
As the three shared a relaxing time together, Jung Yu Mi take a photo of Park Seo Joon and Choi Woo Shik. She admired her own photo and commented on it by saying that they look like they're part of a scene in a French film where they have gone to their grandmother's house in the countryside on holiday. As she struggled to remember the film, she begins to say the word "Call." Choi Woo Shik helped her remember by asking, "Call Me By Your Name?" and Jung Yu Mi replies, "Right!".
As they ate dinner, the three took pictures together. Choi Woo Shik said to put one up in the house. Thinking of how they were going to pose for the photo, Jung Yu Mi suggested that Park Seo Joon should be in the middle while Choi Woo Shik and Jung Yu Mi make a heart shape behind him due to the fact that her clothes and Choi Woo Shik's matched.
Park Seo Joon said that he looks like the third wheel between Choi Woo Shik and Jung Yu Min's honeymoon. Despite his comment, Park Seo Joon showed a big smile as he posed for the photo. With the final photos, Choi Woo Shik hung some of them in their vacation home.
With the three hanging out together during the evening, Park Seo Joon decided to call one of his and Choi Woo Shik's closest friends, V from BTS. They started the call by saying, "What's Up," to each other. Park Seo Joon asked V where he was, and he replied, "In my house," in English which made Park Seo Joon laugh.
As Choi Woo Shik began to play the ukulele, Park Seo Joon showed V Choi Woo Shik's performance, Jung Yu Mi, and Park Seo Joon himself laughing at Choi Woo Shik's performance. As the latter continued to play the song that he only knows, the two including V laughed.
V commented that Choi Woo Shik is a true pop singer and laughsed. He also reminded Choi Woo Shik to bring back his parents' kimchi container, which made everybody laugh again.
Curious about the inside joke, Jung Yu Mi asked the story behind it.
Choi Woo Shik told her that V's parents made a sandwich for him, placed in a kimchi container. He assumed that they had given him the kimchi container, which he uses daily for his mother's kimchi, but then V told him to bring back the container, which stirred hilarity once again.
The days of their summer vacation continued as the three of them went biking, play badminton, went to the beach, and cooked meals together!
