Choi Jin Hyuk and Park Ju Hyun Aren’t Like What They Appear to be in New "Zombie Detective" Teasers
The upcoming drama of KBS2 TV network titled "Zombie Detective" has released new teasers that you would completely find hilarious!
Comedy-themed drama, titled "Zombie Detective," tells the story of a zombie living from the dead in the past two years. His name is Kim Moo Young, portrayed by Choi Jin Hyuk, the titular zombie detective who tries his best to adapt to his new life. He has followed the mannerisms of humans in a village so that he can be able to coexist with them. He is the zombie whom desperately seeks the truth about his past since he cannot remember anything before he became a zombie.
This drama will be a completely different zombie themed series seen from the conventional films and dramas. The character of Kim Moo Young will be a perfectly communicative and smart zombie who has an amazing physique and a heart of gold.
All throughout the drama, Kim Moo Young will be able to solve cases in a completely refreshing manner using his instinctive investigation skills and his ability to somehow relate and sympathize with the human emotions.
On the other hand, Park Ju Hyun will be portraying the role of Gong Seon Ji, a writer of an investigative journalism program. She is equipped with a positive personality, tenacity, and a sense of justice.
There was a case that she was working on but unfortunately the witnessed was attacked by an unknown man. Due to this event, she was forced to quit her job and she eventually becomes involved with Kim Moo-Young and takes a part-time job at his private detective office.
In the first teaser, it starts with Gong Seon Ji setting forth: "This'll probably be you very first time witnessing this kind of zombie."
Some stills of Kim Moo Young as a clumsy and human-like zombie flashes by as Gong Seon Ji continues to describe him as "Petty, weak, has an immense appetite and he is also abundant with affection." She went on describing Kim Moo Young as a sweet yet salty zombie that has never been seen or even existed in the world.
In the next teaser released, Kim Moo Young is now seen introducing Gong Seon Ji by uncovering that it is his very first time seeing a human like Gong Seon Ji. On screen, she is full of energy in her fight for justice and what is right.
Kim Moo Young continues that Gong Seon Ji 's personality is more of a zombie-like than a natural zombie with her over the top stamina and desirable tenacity. She's really a one of akind human who's more savage than a zombie.
The said duo will take viewers on a thrilling roller coaster ride as they try to discover the pieces of Kim Moo Young's mysterious past. Plus, the fun chemistry between the unlikely pair will surely provide plenty of laughs to the viewers.
"Zombie Detective" is slated to premiere on August 31st at 9:30 p.m. KST, it will follow the finale of KBS 2TV's romantic comedy "To All the Guys Who Loved Me."
