tvN's approaching drama which is the adaptation of the popular webtoon "True Beauty" confirms Cha Eun Woo, Moon Ga Young, And Hwang In Yeob to star as the main cast!
The popular and well-loved webtoon "True Beauty" is written by comic artist Yaongyi. The rom-com drama tells a story that revolves around a girl named Im Joo Kyung, who enters the beginning of her teenage years. She has suffered many years of bullying for the way she looks. Tired and jaded with the hateful comments she receives, she starts learning how to use make-up to enhance her physical appearance.
When she enters high school, she becomes someone that every girl in her school dreams to be. She becomes the most popular and prettiest girl in the campus. Little do they know that everything on Im Koo Kyung's face is only an illusion. Later on, she meets the boys named Lee Su Ho and Han Seo joon as she navigates her way in life to become a successful cosmetologist.

Actress Moon Ga Young will portray the role of Im Joo Kyung. She is a happy-go-lucky girl who gained confidence through make-up. She will do everything in her will to hide the fact that her looks aren't natural and are only because of cosmetic products.
ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo will be taking on the role of Lee Su Ho, who Im Joo Kyung befriends in high school. Despite his cold personality, everyone in school is utterly in love with him because of being the ultimate dream boy package. He is handsome, smart, and a good basketball player. However, he experiences many trials in life and hides his emotional wounds.
Portraying the role of Han Seo Joon, whose physical attributes don't differ from Lee Su Ho's, is the rookie actor Hwang In Yeob. Han Seo Joon has distinct physical features and has a wild personality. However, don't judge a book by its cover because Lee Su Ho has a soft personality inside. Actor Hwang in Yeob caught the attention of the public through his portrayal of Park Dan Ho in "The Tale of Nokdu," where he showed off his impressive facial expressions and martial art skills.
Furthermore, actress Park Yoo Na was offered the role of Kang Soo Jin, who is dubbed the "goddess" of Saebom High School, but further updates will soon be revealed about the confirmation of her participation in the drama.
