Being celebritites, Korean actors are often expected to look their best and it is one requirement to be part of the entertainment business. Some stars are blessed with the perfect visuals, however there are some celebs that want to change something in their appearance to be able to feel confident. The solution? Yes,it's plastic surgery. It's no surprise that celebrities undergo different kinds of procedures to be able to look perfect for their audiences.
Nowadays,Plastic surgery is considered as a massive industry in South Korea and it feeds into the expectations that Korean celebrities always present themselves as perfect and beautiful. This kind of procedure has made a major impact on actors/actressss in general and specially in South Korea. It's not surprising to know that there are some Korean actors who've had plastic surgery, but not all of them openly discuss it.

Heechul (Super Junior): Nose Job
Heechul was known to have a good looking face before he even became famous. And quite surprisingly when almost all Korean actors denied that they went through plastic surgery, Heechul bravely admitted that he had gone through a procedure to fix his nose and had a nose job. Due to an accident, Heechul was forced to undergo the surgery which made his nose flatter than before.
Heechul once admitted in an interview, stating, "My nose broke in the past so I had to get it done. It's actually lower now. I want to get it done again."
Ji Chang Wook: Nose Job
Ji Chang Wook is one of the faces in the industry that is admired by many. With his adorable harmless face and cute abs he is close to being perfect! However, because of having a close to perfect physique, multiple rumors about Ji Chang Wook Plastic surgical procedure circulated the web. To clarify it, Ji Chang Wook's plastic surgical procedure rumor seems here to remain a rumor unless he confirms it.
However, looking at his photographs before and after plastic surgery it's clear that he has done something to his eyes and nose. Even after discovering his pre-plastic surgery photos, fans concluded that he looked good all his life, with or without plastic surgery.
Kim Hyun Joong: Nose Job
Kim Hyun Joong was given the nickname "Walking Sculpture" because of his clear-cut features. In one interview, he was questioned with, Is the 'Walking Sculpture' a work of god or a doctor (plastic surgeon)? Without much hesitation, Kim Hyun Joong responded that his good looking visual is God-given but doctors put the finishing touch on it. The actor further explained that he got into an accident and was hit by a stone a long time ago to which resulted to his broken nose and needed to get a nose job.
Cho Kyu-hyun: Double Eyelid Surgery
South Korean singer, musical theatre actor and television host Cho Kyu-hyun once admitted to having undergone double-eyelid plastic surgery. Kyuhyun shared that though his parents both have natural double eyelids, he unfortunately didn't inherit this trait and had to undergo plastic surgery to change his monolid eyes.
