Yesterday, October 22nd, it was reported that South Korean actor Park Seo Joon invested the amount of 11 billion KRW estimated to be USD 9.7 million to a building in Gangnam's Shinsadong during the spring of 2020.

The location of the said building is located in the near vicinity of high-traffic public transportation stations in Apgu-Jeong. The building consists of one below ground floor and five above-ground floors. It was also reported that the actor even asked his longtime hair/style staff to transfer their businesses in his newly purchased building using the 3rd~5th floors at a low cost to help them cope up with their business due to the effect of the COVID19 pandemic.

Moving forward, Park Seo Joon is expected to grace the big screen very soon with his new film 'Dream.' The said film started their filming in May of this year and is helmed by director Lee Byung Hun who also did the film 'Extreme Job.'

'Dream' will tell the story of a team who are trying out for a famous annual international soccer event known as the Homeless World Cup. In this film, Park Seo Joon will portray the character of Yoon Hong Dae. He is a professional soccer player who was entangled in the middle of an unexpected incident and was given disciplinary probation. Being on probation, he becomes a very unusual soccer team consisting of homeless people.

Yoon Hong Dae is determined to lead the team to victory in the annual tournament. Eventually, he started to have a close bond with his team members and began showing his care and love. He somehow finds the path to becoming a true leader.

Park Seo Joon will star alongside IU, who will portray the character of Lee So Min. She is a producing director who aims to find success through creating a documentary about the team of homeless people led by Yoon Hong Dae. This film will mark IU's first commercial film, another milestone for her established acting career.

South Korean actor Park Seo Joon was born on December 16, 1988. The 31 year-old actor is became well recognized for his portrayal in the television dramas Kill Me, Heal Me (2015), She Was Pretty (2015), Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth (2016-2017), Fight for My Way (2017), What's Wrong with Secretary Kim (2018). She also did an amazing performance in his films Chronicles of Evil (2015), Midnight Runners (2017), The Divine Fury (2019).

Park Seo Joon started his career in the entertainment industry in 2011 through his appearance in the music video of Bang Yong-guk's single "I Remember". Following this, he started taking the path of acting through the television dramas Dream High 2 (2012), Pots of Gold (2013), One Warm Word (2013), and A Witch's Love (2014).

Fast forward to this year 2020, Park Seo Joon took the lead role in the JTBC's hit drama Itaewon Class which was also featured in the international streaming site NetFlix. This drama is based on the webtoon of the same name and it became a massive hit was gained international recognition for its interesting storyline and the actors amazing performances.
