'Dear. M' Script Reading Filled with Lively and Passionate Cast: NCT’s Jaehyun, Park Hye Soo, Noh Jung Ui, and More!
"Dear.M" is a university romance drama that will show the story of the campus-wide search for "M," a mystery individual who is affiliated with an anonymous post in an online community of Seoyeon University.
The directors' Park Jin Woo and Seo Joo Wan, together with the scriptwriter Lee Seul, preceded the script reading. Along with them are the fresh and lively actors Park Hye Soo, NCT's Jaehyun, Noh Jung Ui, Bae Hyun Sung, UP10TION's Lee Jin Hyuk, Woon Davi, Lee Jung Sik, Hwang Bo Reum Byul, CLC's Eunbin, Jo Joon Young, and other production staff were present at the script reading.
Actress Park Hye Soo will be playing the character of Ma Joo Ah, a cheerful lady who is persistently meddling in others' issues. During the script reading, she said, "I'm happy and excited to meet everyone. And I hope we all finish filming happily and healthy."
NCT's Jaehyun, who will be debuting as an actor in this drama, seems excited to meet the cast. He will be playing the role of Cha Min Ho. Jaehyun shared, "I will work hard and do my best so we can have happy and fun moments while filming the drama together."
Seoyeon's University cheering team's center, Seo Ji Min, will be played by Noh Jung Ui. During the script reading, she shared, "Even though I'm not yet good, I will do my best to work hard." Bae Hyun Sung will be Seo Jin Min's romantic interest as Park Ha Neul, similar to Jung Ui. He said that he would make an effort to give good performances.
The atmosphere throughout the script reading radiated the passionate and lively energy of the young cast. The actors who portrayed an enthusiastic campus life showed their skills in acting.
Jaehyun and Park Hae Soo naturally showed a good chemistry in portraying their 12 years of close and candid friendship in the characters as Ma Joo Ah and Cha Min Ho. They expressed a smooth chemistry while showing a subtle tension, comedy, and heart-fluttering excitement within their relationship.
Bae Hyun Sung and Noh Jung Ui also gave their natural charm that energized the set with their acting as a sweet couple.
Lee Jin Hyuk will be portraying the character of Cha Min Ho and Park Ha Neul's roommate as Gil Mok Jin. Woo Davi is Hwang Bo Young, their characters will give a more interesting vibe in the drama by highlighting their unique personalities.
The warm-hearted character of Moon Joon will be played by Lee Jung Sic, who is expected to show off his sweet charm. Hwang Bo Reum Byul will also artfully take the role of Choi Ro Sa, a vice-captain of Seoyeon's University cheering team. While the adorable character of Min Yang Hee will be taken into action by Eunbin. At the same time, Jo Joon Young is Ban Yi Dam, carefree and will give a diverse personality while at Seoyeon University.
