‘A Love So Beautiful’ Korean Rendition is Set to Air Soon, Starring WEI’s Kim Yo Han and So Ju Yeon
The Korean version of the original Chinese drama "A Love So Beautiful" is finally airing soon!
In a recent report, Kakao TV unveiled a teaser poster of the upcoming series. The image shows the bright and youthful aura between its main cast So Ju Yeon and Wei member Kim Yo Han.
Expectations from the leads is highly anticipated, for viewers are very excited to see the series again but with new color and taste from its original one.
According to Kakao on Dec. 07, the drama "A Love So Beautiful" is based on the popular 2017 Chinese drama of the same name, that is about the genuine youthful days of the cheerful high school girl Shin Sol, who will be played by So Ju Yeon, and her 17-year-old childhood friend Cha Heon, the character of Kim Yo Han, whom she has been crushing on for 17 years.
This will be a high school romance and story of friendship that most of us can relate into.
The digital drama is said to have 24 episodes and each episode is 20 minutes long.
It can be seen in the posters that Kim Yo Han and So Ju Yeon are already showing good chemistry together. They capture the heart-fluttering excitement of first love. Upon the release of the poster, viewers are immediately excited about the show, especially Kim Yo Han's character transformation as a cold and handsome Cha Heon and So Ju Yeon's new lead role as a straightforward and warm Shin Sol Yi, who is not so good academically but has an overflowing talent in arts.
In a beautiful forest path surrounded by bright background, Cha Heon and Shin Sol stand out and shine brightly as they look into each other's eyes with happiness and sincerity.
There is also a message written in the poster, saying, "In my memories of those days, you're always there."
This upcoming drama will be Kim Yo Han's first acting role in a drama. His character is the perfect student at Yooil High School, and who has it all - from intelligence to good looks. With that almost perfect image, he seems cold-hearted and not really good at expressing himself before, but when he is finally making new friends and Cha Heon is actually a warm and gentle person.
Playing a character that is different from his stage performances will give a new side of Kim Yo Han and the viewers will surely love to see his charm onscreen.
Meanwhile, So Ju Yeon will be giving us a new comic side of her character as a fresh school girl who has been in love with Cha Heon. She is an unstoppable and consistent girl in confessing her love and affection for him. Full of energy and charm, Shin Sol always spreads a positive vibe around her friends with a cheerful and optimistic personality.
So Ju Yeon, indeed, is the perfect one to play the character of Shin Sol for she has the looks and funny vibes that the viewers will surely love.
The story of these youthful characters is finally coming on screen. "A Love So Beautiful" is set to premiere on Dec. 28 on Kakao TV.
