CONFIRMED: Park Bo Young, Seo In Guk, and Lee Soo Hyuk to Unite in a New Fantasy Drama
New year, new drama!
Park Bo Young will be returning on the small screen alongside actors Seo In Guk and Lee Soo Hyuk.
In a recent report on Dec. 18, tvN's new upcoming fantasy drama "One Day Destruction Came Through My Front Door" has confirmed its main cast!
The series is a fantasy romance drama that tells the story of a man who is known as "destruction" because he causes a lot of trouble wherein everything he touches suddenly disappears. On the other hand, a woman sacrificed her life on the line to avoid her fate. The drama was also previously titled "Ruin."
After the drama has been confirmed, the actors who will be playing as the main cast was also revealed. First on the list is the "Strong Girl Bong Soon" star Park Bo Young, followed by singer and actor Seo In Guk. This will also be the second time that actors Seo In Guk and Lee Soo Hyuk will work together as they have already been a part of the same series before, which is "High School King of Savvy." Kang Tae Oh and Shin Do Hyun will also be part of the cast.
Park Bo Young is Tak Dong Kyung, an editor at a web novel publisher who is living an ordinary life, not until she finds herself in a strange fate that puts her life and love in line.
Meanwhile, Seo In Guk will take the character of the "ruin" or "destruction" (myulmang in Korean). He will meet Tak Dong Kyung and start to make a contract with her. Destruction is a special being who has come to devote his compassion and love to an unexpected twist of his life and fate.
"Handmade Love" actor Lee Soo Hyuk is set to have another drama at the beginning of the year 2021. He will be playing the character of Cha Joo Ik, who also works at the web novel publisher. He is described as a "master" of the first kiss and inspires his web novelists to a new romantic perspective with his sugary words and heart fluttering actions. Also, Lee Soo Hyuk's image, which has a tall height, capturing eyes, and attractive low-pitched voice showed a perfect synchronization with his character as Cha Joo Ik.
Kang Tae Oh will play the role of Lee Hyun Kyu, a man who happens to have a lot of regrets about his first love. He owns a café and will be Cha Joo Ik's roommate. When he was still young, he ran away from love, and now that he became an adult, he is growing through a lot of pain about his past relationship and hoping to find his first love again.
Actress Shin Do Hyun is Na Ji Na, she is a web novelist who will end up in a love triangle between the master if first kisses Cha Joo Ik and the man who regrets his first love Lee Hyun Kyu.

The drama is penned by Im Me Ari, who also wrote the script for "Beauty Inside," and will be directed by Kwon Young II, who previously handled the drama "My Unfamiliar Family."
"One Day Destruction Came Through My Door" is scheduled to be broadcast in the first half of 2021.
