‘Sweet Home’ Cast Flaunts Their Chic and Captivating Looks in a Newly Released Magazine Pictorial
The four main leads of the new Netflix original series "Sweet Home" show off their valorous and strong personas in Elle's new magazine issue.
"Sweet Home" will start to premiere on Dec. 18, and it is considered as one of the most anticipated series at the end of the year. But for now, let us give you a glimpse of their iconic and sophisticated fashion style as actors Song Kang, Lee Jin Wook, Lee Si Young and Lee Do Hyun participated in a recent Elle magazine pictorial. The fashion shoot concentrated on showing the dark charisma of the four characters that is in line with the plot of their newest series where they have to fight against the monster in the dark.
The series is about the reclusive high school student named Cha Hyun Soo who will be portrayed by Song Kang. After losing his family in an accident, he already started living independently and moved to a new apartment. However, he did not expect to encounter various scary and terrifying moments in his new place, it will be a new challenging journey for Cha Hyun Soo.
Of course magazines will not be the same without an interview portion. We will give you a short yet interesting interaction between the stars.
In an interview after the photo shoot, Song Kang shared, "I tried to think from Cha Hyun Soo's point of view in every moment." Aside from him, the "18 Again" actor Lee Do Hyun also shared his thoughts and feelings about his character, that he it was a very challenging role for him, "I pour all my heart while portraying the character of Lee Eun Hyuk." He also revealed that he always remember what his director Lee Eung Bok said to him in doing his role "Don't get scared". Lee Do Hyun also expressed his gratitude towards director Lee Eung Bok.
Meanwhile, actor Lee Jin Wook was challenged with his new role, in his 15 years of being in the industry, this will be the first time that he will encounter such creatures in a drama. He shared, "This role of Pyun Sang Wook itself was a big challenge for me, I can't even see him in my real persona, he was totally a new character that I portrayed."
He continued, "As years go by, I learned to love enjoying playing the villain." Lee Jin Wook also expresses his love for acting.
Lastly and one of the boys, Lee Si Young. She said that it was an honor for her to be able to be part of the drama and want to show good acting to the viewers, "I wanted to show the tragedy and toughness of Seo Yi Kyung's character."
The viewers should look forward to her performance as she will not just be a simple character but she'll also portray a strong female firefighter in the said series.
