WATCH: Red Velvet Irene & Shin Seung Ho Show Chemistry in Trailer for Film ‘Double Patty’
Set in the modern-day world, two different people's lives are being highlighted: one is looking for her dream job while the other one is a former high school wrestler. They accidentally meet at a restaurant that started with a double patty burger that was put on sale.
"Double Patty" has finally released its first trailer, and seeing both Shin Seung Ho and Irene from Red Velvet with their warm emotions shows a breath of freshness. The duo features real-life, day-to-day situations.
Both characters are struggling from their daily routines, wherein one is doing odd jobs to make ends meet, while the other one is an anchor-wannabe who happens to work at a 24-hour restaurant and has been relentlessly working to fulfill her dreams.
The two crossed paths at a restaurant that offers a sale in their hamburgers. Their unique meet-up was able to comfort the hardship they experienced that day. Through the burger, the two were able to create a connection that may lead them into a promising future.
Irene, who was the waitress for the night shift, met Woo-ram, played by Shin Seung Ho.
The trailer just shows to never give up on love as it will blossom in the unlikely places and times you least expect it. In addition, the soft comforting background music with accompanying lyrics -- every day, yesterday, today passes again -- is just so captivating.
Meanwhile, in some parts of the scene, one can see the message inside the 24-hour restaurant is "Burger From Heaven," which definitely leads to a match made in heaven. With a few snippets from the movie, we just hope that the two will end up together.
"Double Patty" is about young people's struggles as they chase their dreams and embark on a journey to growth and development, which many can relate to. This is great as this will give young people hope that in life failure is part of it and one should never give up on their dreams.

Although, this model-actor has a very few drama series, his appearance in the series A-Teen in 2012 has given him the chance to prove his prowess as an actor. Though there are other young actors in the series he was the one who got most of the attention. Along with that, he has been dubbed as the prince of web dramas.
Furthermore, his co-lead star Irene is a member and leader of the South Korean girl group Red Velvet. Irene has a great reputation in the marketing industry making her hailed as CF Queen. Due to her numerous endorsements from luxury materials down to basic needs, she even became the official endorser of the Hyundai Auto Advantage program in 2017.
To sum it up, their refreshing chemistry somewhat causes attention as they look so perfect together.
"Double Patty" will be released in February, a perfect movie for those who want to feel love this coming Valentine's day.
