Kim Yoo Jung is the New Face of Toretta
Backstreet Rookie actress Kim Yoo Jung is slowly becoming one of South Korea's most sought-after CF queens.
It came after the "Clean With Passion For Now" star has been chosen as the face of Toretta- a subsidiary drink under Coca-Cola.
In a new report, a spokesperson from the company pointed out the actress' vibrant image and appeal to the trend-sensitive MZ generation would help the brand to connect with the younger market.
"We are looking forward to a positive synergy between Kim Yoo Jung and Torreta!, a water-ion supplement drink that showed fresh and colorful charms in many ways," an official from Coca-Cola mentioned, adding, "It will help to replenish moisture and ions with low calories."
Toretta is a new line of beverages that features low-calorie water and ion supplement drinks. Aside from the beneficial minerals, Toretta contains ten kinds of fruits and vegetable extracts, including carrots, citrus, grapefruit, apples, and more.
Following the announcement regarding her new endorsement, Kim Yoo Jung's latest commercial for the brand is set to air sometime in April.

Fans are Excited over Kim Yoo-Jung's Upcoming Commercial
On the other hand, fans can't help but gush over the "Love in the Moonlight" star's upcoming project.
"Our beautiful yoojung has been chosen as the new model of the toreta ad," one fan posted over Instagram, alongside Kim Yoo-Jung's teaser campaign shoot.
Meanwhile, the second fan appeared to be overjoyed as she expressed how proud she is with the 21-year-old celebrity's new endorsement.
'It's so glad to know You Jung's new Drink CF will release in April. So so proud of lovely you jung ssi ! Happy."
The same goes for an individual who expressed the same sentiment and wrote, "New TV commercial with our love! @you_r_love will be on air in April, I'm so excited. More CF's for our loveee. So proyd of you yooj."
In the teaser campaign shoot, Kim Yoo Jung exudes charm and innocence as she wore a mint green long sleeve top while posing with the low-calorie beverage.
The award-winning actress has been the face of several brands, whether it is for fashion, skincare, and more - this includes Fila, Yogiyo app, and Laneige's Radiant C Cream and Stained Glass Stick.
Kim Yoo Jung for the Upcoming "Hong Chun Gi"
Kim Yoo-Jung is not just busy with her endorsement shoots but also with her current drama.
In December 2020, multiple reports confirmed that the former child star is set to star in a new fantasy romance drama, "Hong Chun Gi" together with Ahn Hyo Seop.
The 21-year-old actress takes on Hong Cheon Ki's role, a female painter in the Joseon dynasty with undeniable art skills.
Meanwhile, the "Abyss" actor is set to portray a unique astrologer named Ha Ram. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when he was young, causing him to lose his vision. Despite being blind, he has the ability to read the stars.
Aside from the duo, other cast members include Gong Myung, who will play the role of Grand Prince Anpyeon, and Kwak Si-Yang as Grand Prince Suyang.
