‘Sell Your Haunted House’ Episode 12: Jang Na Ra Discovers Reason Behind Her Mother’s Death + Drama Reaches New Heights in Viewership Ratings

After she helped Oh In Bum (Jung Yong Hwa), Hong Ji Ah (Jang Na Ra) is now on her own to know the truth behind her mother's death.

Oh In Bum Acquired His Late Uncle's Memories

Oh In Bum peacefully sent the unrested spirit of his uncle after they had an intense confrontation with Do Hak Sung (Ahn Kil Kang).

Since he acquired his uncle's memories, Oh In Bum went to visit his grandmother to tell her that Oh Sung Sik (Kim Dae Gun) didn't commit suicide but was killed by Do Hak Sung because of greed.

The psychic also confronted his grandmother why she kept on saying that he was the reason behind the death of everyone in their family. On the same day, they forgave each other and shared a meal together.

Not too long, the following day, Oh In Bum's grandmother died because her illness. Hong Ji Ah, Heo Ji Chul (Kang Hong Suk), Kim Tae Jin (Heo Dong Won), and the Changwa Restaurant owners expressed sympathy and went to the wake.

While looking at the family portrait, Oh In Bum found the memorandum that his uncle kept. It can be used as evidence against Do Hak Sung to get the justice his uncle deserves.

Hong Ji Ah Found the Missing Documents in Joo Hwa Jung's House

Jung Ji Wook (Jo Seung Yeon) told Joo Hwa Jung (Kang Mal Geum) her discharge from the hospital. She was excited to go back to work, not until Jung Ji Wook said that Hong Ji Ah was on her way to Joo Hwa Jung house to get some clothes.

Joo Hwa Jung was anxious and worried that Hong Ji Ah might discover the document that she kept. It is a record of exorcism about the "egg ghost" that Hong Ji Min (Baek Eun Hye) did 20 years ago.

Hong Ji Ah entered the house and saw that it was in a total mess, she started cleaning first before getting some clothes inside Joo Hwa Jung's closet.

While checking the drawers, she found a suspicious box inside it. She was quick to open it and was surprised to see the missing documents in her office.

She went to Joo Hwa Jung and confronted her.

Hong Ji Ah can't believe that the person she trusted the most lied to her about her mother's death.

Hong Ji Ah Discovered All Her Memories Were All Just Made Up

Determined to know the truth, Hong Ji Ah performed a ritual all by her own inside the Daebak Realty. She trapped the unrested spirit of her mother for her to do the exorcism well.

The moment she began, Hong Ji Ah kept on seeing the same memories that made her believe as the reason behind her mother's death. As she went further, her body also became weak, but she was persistent.

She thought that it was her who killed her own mother, but as she continued, Hong Ji Ah discovered that it was not really her fault why she lost her mother. The lady exorcist found out that her mother was killed and she is yet to know who it was.

"Sell Your Haunted House" Episode 12 was able to achieve average ratings of 5.1 and 6.9 percent nationwide, the fantasy drama's record so far!
