The 39-year-old actress and her much younger beau found themselves in the middle of controversy after the "Big Issue" star introduced her new flame.
On May 13, Han Ye Seul's Instagram featured her man alongside a caption that reads "Introducing my boyfriend."
In a series of photos, it appears that the duo enjoyed their date over a tasty meal.
Interestingly, this gained a mixed reaction from her followers as some expressed their support for the actress while others criticized their huge age gap citing that she is ten years his senior.

Amid the public's curiosity about Han Ye Seul's boyfriend, a YouTube channel live-streamed a video titled "[Shocking Exclusive] The Identity of Han Ye Seul's Boyfriend (who is) 10 Years Younger" tried to expose his unknown past.
The video contains the allegations against Ryu Sung Jae, and that he was a previous "male escort."
Moreover, the clip also compared him to the 2008 Korean movie "Beastie Boys," starring Yoon Kye Sang and Ha Jung Woo, which follows the lives of two men who work as "hosts" or a male gigolo to make ends meet.
Following the release of the Youtube video, the "Birth of the Beauty" actress claps back, saying that the rumors were based on "fiction."
In addition, the actress also pointed out that these controversies came to light after her exclusive contract with now-former label Partners Park expired.
"We should have a drink big time! Also, why do these things happen after my contract with the former company ends... How curious..." she wrote on her IG story alongside a screenshot of the clip.
To recall, multiple reports noted that Han Ye Seul would not be renewing her contract with the talent agency that will officially end in June, making the actress a free agent.

Shortly after her IG story, the "20th Century Boy and Girl" star updated her social media with another sweet photo featuring her date with Ryu Sung Jae.
Over Han Ye Seul's Instagram, the couple posed in front of a restaurant donning a huge smile and a peace sign.
In her caption, she revealed that her friends advised her to take down her previous posts and was told not to address the rumors, saying that they are worried about her.
However, the 39-year-old actress chose to "end the day" with their sweet couple photos while thanking her fans for their support.
"Thank you for having faith in me and for supporting us," she mentioned.

In addition, the "Miss Gold Digger" star also hints about taking legal actions after she asked her followers to send a screenshot of "malicious" comments regarding her current relationship.
"I can't read every single comment, though I would appreciate it if you could send me the screenshots of the malicious comments for defamation later."
Han Ye Seul Returns in a Small Screen with New Drama "Goodbye Romance"
Despite the allegation about Han ye Seul's boyfriend, the 39-year-old beauty is set to lead an upcoming drama, "Goodbye Romance."
This will be her comeback on the small screen after the 2019 SBS drama "Big Issue" alongside Joo Jin Mo.
