‘Vincenzo’ Star Yang Kyung Won Joins Kim Soo Hyun in Upcoming Drama ‘One Ordinary Day'

Actor Yang Kyung Won will be returning on the small screen with a new thrilling drama!
Kim Soo Hyun and Cha Seung Won's "One Ordinary Day" Will Be Available on Coupang Play
The upcoming series of actors Kim Soo Hyun and Cha Seung Won "One Ordinary Day" will be exclusively available on Coupang Play. Aside from the announcement, the production team of the said drama already confirmed the final cast list.
Coupang Play is an online streaming platform that is said to be part of one of the largest e-commerce companies in South Korea. "One Ordinary Day" would be the first original content of Coupang Play and is expected to kick off in November 2021.
The series will circle around the criminal justice system from a popular perspective through the intense story of two men who will be involved in a murder case. "It's Okay to Not be Okay" actor Kim Soo Hyun and "Night in Paradise" star Cha Seung Won are the main leads of the drama.

"One Ordinary Day" was previously known as "That Night." This crime-thriller series will be the Korean remake of BBC's "Criminal Justice."

According to a report on June 2, the actors that will complete the cast lineup for "One Ordinary Day" are "Vincenzio" star Yang Kyung Won, Kim Shin Rok, Lee Seol, and Kim Hong Pa.

Actress Lee Seol portrays the character of a rookie lawyer Seo Soo Jin. "Beyond Evil" star Kim Shin Rok will be playing Ahn Tae Hee's role, a competitive and elite prosecutor that never loses a case. Right before he retires in the industry, actor Kim Hong Pa is expected to star as veteran detective Park Sang Bum. He is about to face a challenging situation while investigating Kim Hyun Soo's (Kim Soo Hyun) case.

And last but not the least, "Vincenzo" and "Crash Landing on You" actor Yang Kyung Won officially joined the team and is set to play Park Doo Sik's character, a gangster who was purposely put to jail in order to show his loyalty to his boss.
One of the members of the production team confessed that Yang Kyung Won, Lee Seol, Kim Hong Pa, and Kim Shin Rok are actors who exude a strong presence on the screen. This is why viewers will be thrilled to watch the forthcoming drama, for it is packed with talented artists and superb story concepts.
This marks Yang Kyung Won's return to primetime drama following his successful hit series "Vincenzo."
