Lee Min Ho, Kim Soo Hyun, Cha Seung Won, and Lee Sun Gyun - these Hallyu stars have been on the screen for almost two consecutive years. From home theater to OTT (online video streaming sites), they became more noticeable because their respective and original dramas have been appearing on various online streaming sites.

Audiences from different countries were able to have access to platforms, meaning it's a great opportunity for the Hallyu stars to be known in different parts of the world.

Starting from Kim Soo Hyun and Cha Seung Won, the two recently started filming their forthcoming drama "That Night." This will be a drama comeback for both actors. It's a legal-suspense series about to meet the viewers anytime soon this 2021.

Cha Seung Won is expected to play the role of a lawyer, and Kim Soo Hyun will be accused as the suspect for the murder that happened in their city.

Meanwhile, "Parasite" actor Lee Sun Gyun will be meeting the global audience with his new drama "Dr. Brain."

Previously, it was confirmed that Apple TV+'s would be the one in charge of the production. It will tell the journey of a brain scientist obsessed with the new technology that can access the consciousness and memories of someone inside the brain.

Joining "Dr. Brain" in the same streaming platform is none other than "The King: Eternal Monarch" actor Lee Min Ho.

His forthcoming Korean-Japanese-English drama "Pachinko" is about to make another milestone in his career journey. It will depict a Korean family who decided to move to Japan in the early 20th century and start a new life.

But as they arrived in the new foreign country, unexpectedly, they will experience racism in their supposed new home.

Apple Inc. secured the screen rights for the said novel. The cast also involved artists from different nationalities, mainly Korean, Japanese, and American. 

More Korean Content bout to be Distributed to the Global Market

These projects are about to be released in the second half of 2021. And is already gaining high expectations from the international market.

Disney+ is also planning to reach a wider audience by producing more content that will be available in the domestic area. Earlier this year (2021), they announced that their team is gearing up for a drama titled "Our Police Course, " where singer Kang Daniel received an offer to play one of the series's main leads.
