‘Law School’ Episode 14: Kim Myung Min Surprises the Court with a New Witness

"Law School" episode 14, starring Kim Myung Min, Kim Bum, and Ryu Hye Young, gave viewers an intense and thrilling scene as the professors and students uncover the person the Hankuk University murder.

In the latest episode of the JTBC drama, Assemblyman Ko was caught up in a tough situation after all the evidence pointed at him.

"Law School" Episode 14: Lee Man Ho's Death

Lee Man Ho (Jo Jae Ryong) was left in a critical state after being attacked in prison. At the hospital, Professor Yang Jong Hoon (Kim Kyung Min) is eager to save the convicted criminal and even offers to donate his blood.

Unfortunately, he did not make it. This prompted the prosecutor turned professor to know who ordered the killing of Lee Man Ho.

Following his death, the police officers revealed to professor Professor Yang that it was Ki Du-Seong who stabbed him; however, he claims it was Lee Man Ho who attacked first, and what he did was self-defense.

To recall, Ki Du-Seong was the man who stabbed Professor Yang while in prison.

Yang Jong Hoon believes that someone ordered him to kill Lee Man Ho, and in this case, he went to visit Ki Du-Seong at the hospital to get his statement.

At the time, he mentioned that Lee Man Ho tried to kill him because he ratted out Lee Man Ho and revealed that it was him who Killed Professor Seo.

Despite giving out his statement, Professor Yang is still not satisfied with his claims.

"Law School" episode 14 showed that Lee Man Ho's death is a pivotal moment to figure out who was behind Professor Seo's death.

Han Joon Hwi and Kang Sol A's Instinct

Upon learning of Lee Man Ho's death, Han Joon Hwi (Kim Bum) was not convinced that Lee Man Ho attacked Ki Du-Seong. The law student mentioned that the convicted criminal wouldn't cause any trouble inside the prison since he wanted to see his son.

Interestingly, Joon Hwi shares the same hunch as Professor Yang and thinks that all these are related to Professor Seo's hit and run case.

While talking to Professor Yang, Kang Sol A (Ryu Hye Young) was also sharing the same thought with Professor Kim Eun Sook (Lee Jung Eun.)

In a split-screen, both Joon Hwi and Sol A raised that Professor Seo was not alone in the car and there might be someone in the passenger seat that urged him to abandon the victim.

Professor Yang Meets Assemblyman Ko

With the student's instinct, Professor Yang confronted Assemblyman Ko regarding the death of Professor Seo.

He said that someone was with him in the car during the night of the incident.

Upon hearing this, the politician just laughed it off but deep inside, this angered him, and he thinks that Professor Yang is suspicious of him.

In "Law School" episode 14, it showed that the feisty Professor knew that Assemblyman Ko was behind the incident; however, he just needed evidence to prove it.

The Truth Behind the Hit and Run Accident

The current episode also featured the flashback during the hit and run incident.

At the time, Professor Seo insisted on having a different driver since both he and Assemblyman Ko were drunk.

However, the influential politician ignored this, adding that he will be late for his next appointment. Moreover, he also reminds the Professor that there are no cameras on the street, and he'll deal with it if they get caught.

Unfortunately, a devastating accident happened as Professor Seo bumped an individual who was crossing the street.

As the driver attempted to turn around and check on the victim, he was instructed by Assemblyman Ko to just drive off and think about his family if he gets imprisoned.

Who is the New Witness?

With just two episodes away from the finale, "Law School" episode 14 is slowly unraveling the culprit behind the disturbance that rocked Hankuk University.

At his home, Professor Yang pulled out a curtain, and behind it was a wall featuring the different cases since Professor Seo's death.

The evidence and people involved all have a connection to Assemblyman Ko.

Moreover, he believes that Lee Man Ho's son was the answer to the puzzle.

On the other hand, Kang Sol A posted a social media video exposing the misconduct of the politician - this includes proposing a bill to abolish the law on defamation and even bribing the whistleblower to drop the truth.

Seo Ji Oh (David Lee) was also featured in the video as he tells the truth behind his father's death.

In the trial for constitutional review raised by Prosecutor Jin, the law students were surprised upon seeing Professor Yang sitting beside the prosecutor.

In his argument, the law professor cited that the law is dead. Moreover, he asked the court to allow him to make a video call to state as the witness.

During the video call, a woman named Erica Shin appeared on the screen. The spectators, including the Hankuk University law students, were shocked since the new witness looked exactly like Kang Sol A.
