SBS drops a spine-chilling "Penthouse 3" teaser featuring lead stars Kim So Yeon, Uhm Ki Joon, Eugene and more.

As the top-rating Korean drama gears for their much-awaited last season, the broadcasting network released a surprising sneak peek featuring the people at Hera Palace.

The 2 minute and 52-second teaser starts with a verse that says, "Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death" from James 1:15.

It was followed by a glimpse of the famous statue, but this time, the cast members were turned into a stone figure.

"Penthouse 3" Villains Returns to Hera Palace

As the clip continues, it featured how their lives turned 360 inside the prison.

Interestingly, a phrase that says "Villains come back" as a teaser showed the lead cast making their way out of the prison and returning to Hera Palace.

Moreover, the clip also suggests that Joo Dan Tae (Uhm Ki Joon )is up to another evil plan as well as the former primadonna Cheon Seo Jin (Kim So Yeon.)

As for Ha Yoon Chul (Yoon Jong Hoon), he opted to establish his connection with Joo Dan Tae and Lee Gyu Jin (Bong Tae Gyu), adding, "I have to live now," as they start to make money through any means possible.

The latest "Penthouse 3" teaser also featured the new character, Baek Joon Ki (On Joo Wan), who was caught by Cheon Seo Jin saying that he figured out Joo Dan Tae's weakness.

On the other hand, producers of the highly anticipated drama hint that the third season will illustrate the "madness and greed of the villains" who were driven by obsession and rage.

"This highlight clip is no more than a small taste. Please look forward to the broadcast, where twists beyond your greatest imagination will occur," a representative mentioned as obtained by a South Korean publication.

Slated to premiere this June 4, the much anticipated season is set to unleash the jaw-dropping and intense revelation from the people at Hera Palace.

The third season is set to focus on revenge and fulfilling selfish greed to be the most powerful person they can be.

"Penthouse 3" would possibly answer the thrift behind Logan Lee's (Park Eun Seok) tragic accident and might answer the question if he is truly alive or dead.

To recall, the "Penthouse 2" finale ended with a cliffhanger showing a car explosion which was witnessed by Shim Soo Ryun (Lee Ji Ah.)

Moreover, the final season would also uncover the connection between the new cast members Park Ho San, who plays Yoo Je Ni's (Jin Ji Hee) dad, and Kang Ma Ri's (Shin Eun Kyung) husband, Yoo Dong Pil and Ohn Joo Wan.
