Kim Kyung Nam will be replacing Park Sung Hoon as he takes on the lead role for the upcoming K-drama "Only One Person."

In a report cited by a local outlet, the "Revolutionary Sisters" star has been courted to play the main character in the forthcoming JTBC series.

If he accepts the offer, the 31-year-old actor will portray the role of veiled ace killer Cho Shi Young.

To recall, Park Sung Hoon previously confirmed his appearance opposite "Hospital Playlist" actress Ahn Eun Jin. Unfortunately, he dropped out as a cast member due to concerns regarding his schedule.

Only One Person Cast, Release Date, and Synopsis

The much-awaited JTBC drama is directed by Oh Hyun Jong, whose works include the mega-hit K-drama "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo," "Two Cops," and "Find Me in Your Memory."

Moreover, the renowned filmmaker will be working alongside "Police University" screenwriter Moon Jung Min.

"Only One Person" follows the story of a terminally ill woman named Pyo In Sook, played by Ahn Eun Jin. Her character is described as someone who has unpredictable emotions due to her illness.

Interestingly, she meets one person who changed her life completely through Cho Shi Young.

In the upcoming K-drama, Shi Young is an inspector from the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.

Despite his charming aura, he harbors a suspicious character as he observes the lives of three different women - one of which is Seong Mi Do, played by Red Velvet's Joy.

In "Only One Person," Seong Mi Do is a popular influencer; however, she doesn't have much time left to live amid her success in life.

Following the update regarding the cast members, the forthcoming JTBC is scheduled to air on November 29 every Monday and Tuesday with a total of 16 episodes.
