MBC's new spy-action drama "The Veil" (also known as "Black Sun") shared still cuts of actor Nam Goong Min in his role.

"The Veil" is an action spy drama that tells the story of an elite special top agent, Han Ji Hyuk, at the National Intelligence Service (NIS). During his time at the NIS, his hardwork and upbringing struck his colleagues with awe and terror as he earned the nickname "The Grim Reaper" that stuck to him wherever he goes.
When he finally closes a case of an organized crime syndicate, Han Ji Hyuk suddenly disappears into thin air.
After one year of being missing, Han Ji Hyuk makes an unexpected return by becoming a part of a notorious crime syndicate to find the NIS traitor who threw him into the abyss
Top agent Han Ji Hyuk will be played by the 44-year-old actor Namgoong Min, who rose to fame with the 2006 film "A Dirty Carnival."

The experienced actor received praise and appreciation for his acting prowess in numerous hit South Korean dramas "Remember: War of the Son," "Beautiful Gong Shim," "Good Manager," "Doctor Prisoner," and "Awaken."
His amazing acting skills are expected to exceed the viewers' expectations from the new series.

In the released photos, Han Ji Hyuk comes off as an uptight, unpredictable special agent as he shows a relaxed yet indescribable facial expression.

The actor's gaze surely showcases Han Ji Hyuk's coldness and unpredictability. He's obviously difficult to read, and undoubtedly dangerous.

"Dong Yi" actress Park Ha Sun and "Hell Is Other People" actress Kim Ji Eun join Namgoong Min in the drama serie.
Experienced actors Kim Byung Ki, Lee Geung Young, and promising actresses Jang Young Nam and Kwon So Hyun will also appear in "The Veil."
The new drama, which is currently in the middle of filming, is directed by Kim Seong Yong and penned by Park Seok Ho. It's slated to air on September.
The production team shared that actor Namgoong Min has a very high synchro rate with his character, Han Ji Hyuk, from his piercing gaze, to the tone of his voice, and his actions.
