tvN's new upcoming fantasy thriller action drama 'Happiness' depicts the story of where infectious diseases have become the new normal.
The series tells the subtle psychological suffering and the hierarchal discrimination that occurs in a newly built apartment in a huge city in which the cost of living is set high. The higher floors are up for general sales, and the ones on the lower floor are up for rent.
The city struggles more when an apocalypse hits in the form of a new wave of infectious disease in which people suffer and cry for help.
'W: Two Worlds' actress Han Hyo Joo stars as Yoon Sae Bom, a special police officer who is determined and decisive. She is efficient in her work. He moves into her new apartment but faces a crisis in the form of an infectious apocalypse.
Opposite to her is 'Strong Woman Do Bong Soon' actor and ZE:A member Park Hyung Sik who landed the role of a smart, loyal, and honest detective who is romantically attracted to Yoon Sae Bom (Han Hyo Joo). With the threat of the infectious virus, he struggles to protect Sae Bom and other people.

'Happiness' is produced by Studio Dragon and is slated to air on tvN in the second half of 2021.
