She shared that it was through an acquaintance but cleared that the person did not set her up with "The Nokdu Flower" star.

After going under the radar with their romance, rumor sparked that Jo Jung Suk and Gummy ended their relationship.
In 2018, several outlets noted that the "Jealousy Incarnate" star and the 40-year-old singer have broken up; however, he shut down the speculation and shared that the rumors are "false," and they are both "doing well."
"I didn't mention her during my award speech to shut down the rumors but because I truly appreciated the support given to all of my productions," he mentioned in a previous interview as obtained by a South Korean outlet.
Now, the two are happily married after tying the knot in October 2018 and welcomed their first child in 2020.

Although there are not many outlets that noted their past, various forums pointed out that Jo Jung Suk and the "Hotel Del Luna" star had a fling after meeting on the set of the 2013 drama "You're the Best Lee Soon Shin."
Apart from the singer-actress, the "Hospital Playlist" star is said to be dating Shin Min Ah before seeing her now-boyfriend, Kim Woo Bin.
It came after Jo Jung Suk and the Hallyu star appeared as the lead star in 2014 "My Love, My Bride," however, Shin Min Ah previously revealed in an interview that she and the 40-year-old actor never went out alone.
"We've never met up, just the two of us. The producing company's CEO always butted in," she cleared.
Obviously, Jo Jung Suk never dated Shin Min Ah since, at the time, he is lowkey seeing Gummy.
