Kim Do Wan Shares Experience of Working with the Drama My Roommate is a Gumiho
In a previous media interview with Kim Do Wan, he shared his thoughts and stories on finishing the drama "My Roommate is a Gumiho." He portrayed the kind-hearted and sweet guy, Do Jae Jin.
With his new character role that's different from his previous roles, Kim Do Wan received much love for his chemistry with Kang Han Na, who played as Yang Hye Sun. Plus, his adorable friendship with Hyeri on the drama.
He shared, "I had a hard time making a decision before, to star in 'My Roommate is a Gumiho,' but seeing how much the viewers like it, I am glad to have been part of the project. And I was able to enjoy the role."
When it comes to his character as Do Jae Jin, Kim Do Wan said, "Being honest and straightforward are the things that made Do Jae Jin's role appealing. Also, I think those are the traits that the viewers appreciated the most."
How Did Kim Do Wan Prepared for His Role?
The rising actor also confessed that in preparing for the role, he spent a lot of time discussing every detail with the director. He was eager to show the pure soul of Do Jae Jin's character.

Kim Do Wan pointed out that he has learned a lot while filming the drama, especially from Hyeri. He said that Hyeri tirelessly took good care of people on set. According to him, Hyeri is very caring and warm, they are like Jae Jin and Lee Dam, even off cam.

Kim Do Wan Wishes to Work Again with Kang Han Na and Wants to Have a Sweet Photoshoot with Her
The interviewer mentioned the sweet magazine shoot of Jang Ki Yong and Hyeri. And asked Kim Do Wan if his and Kang Han Na's pictorial would be sweeter than their two co-stars, he answered, "Jang Ki Yong and Hyeri's couple pictorial came out really good."
He continued, "If I can work again with Kang Han Na in the future, I want to do a photoshoot like that also."
The "At Eighteen" star revealed that he enjoyed working with Kang Han Na again, "It was nice to work with her again. To be honest, I don't feel pressured anymore while having a scene with her. Kang Han Na is a good actress and she has a good personality, and it's always nice to work with her."
Kim Do Wan also praised Kang Han Na's performance in portraying the role of Yang Hye Sun. He added that the two of them enjoyed reading comments together under the published articles about "My Roommate is a Gumiho."
