Kim Sae Ron Confirmed to Star in KBS’ Drama Special 2021 ‘Woman of the Palace'

KBS will have again their yearly drama special this coming December, where actress Kim Sae Ron is confirmed to appear.
Kim Sae Ron to Appear in KBS' Drama Special Woman of the Place
While busy working on her ongoing fantasy series "The Great Shaman Ga Doo Shim," the 21-year-old actress is already booked with another project. On August 27, according to various reports, Kim Sae Ron is confirmed to star in KBS upcoming Drama Special 2021 "Woman of the Palace."
In addition, the "Secret Healer" star will be playing the role of So Sang, a woman who is living in the palace for 14 years and secretly having an affair with one of the officials. Her secret was revealed, and in order not to be kicked out of the palace, she plans on destroying Prince Bong.
Aside from her, actors Seo Eun Young, Jung Da Eun, and Lee Ha Young are also part of the main cast. This will also be their first time to work together in one drama, and very thrilled to see how the series would look like. "Woman of the Palace" is said to be set in a historical background.
The one-act drama will be helmed by Lee Wong Hee, and the script is expected to be penned by writer Kang Kang.
Kim Sae Ron, who displayed consistency in acting from various genres, is expected to show her strong acting skills again through this one-act drama.
KBS is yet to announce the upcoming actors who will also be doing the one act play.

The Great Shaman Ga Doo Shim Starring Kim Sae Ron and Nam Da Reum to Air its Finale Episode
On the other hand, Kim Sae Ron and Nam Da Reum's series "The Great Shaman Ga Doo Shin" is about to release its finale episode on August 27.
They have the ability to see ghosts, and for their last mission, Ga Doo Shim (Kim Sae Ron) and Na Woo Soo (Nam Da Reum) will be entangled in an unpleasant situation along with their classmate Il Nam (Yoon Jung Hoon).
Viewers are anticipating how Doo Shim and Woo Soo would solve the mystery inside their school. Before the finale broadcast, one of its producers shared, "Nam Da Reum, Kim Sae Ron, and Yoon Jung Hoon worked together while filming. They displayed perfect and synchronized acting until the last episode and viewers should look forward to it."
