The SBS Monday and Tuesday drama depicts the thrilling yet complicated romance of blind astrologer, Ha Ram, played by Ahn Hyo Seop, and Hong Cheon Gi, the sole female painter in the Joseon dynasty.
Their romance is hindered by unforeseeable circumstances, including the water demon Ma Wang, who entered Ha Ram's body, as well as her possible romance with the prince.

He was surrounded by several talented painters from the country with one goal of bringing home the title; however, only one is set to win the grand prize.
On the other hand, one still cut illustrates Hong Cheon Gi's drive to enter the contest in hopes of saving his father, who is suffering from mental illness.
To recall, in episode 4, she learned that the champion of the art contest would not only take home a massive amount of money, but the palace would also grant the winner's wish.
As for Hong Cheon Gi, she wanted to bring home the miraculous plant that is only used to treat the royals.
Moreover, the upcoming episode hints at the possible confrontation between the prince and the female painter, who started on the wrong foot after she doubted that Yang Myung was the grand prince.
