‘Korean Odyssey’ Actress Oh Yeon Seo in Talks to Work with Seo In Guk in New Drama
Oh Yeon Seo might work with Seo In Guk in the forthcoming K-Drama Minamdang: Case Note!
K-Drama industry is getting bigger in the second half of 2021. Following various reports about the upcoming Korean series to premiere in 2022 such as Island, Tell Me Your Wish, and more, another drama starring Seo In Guk announced the potential actress to join him in the project.
Seo In Guk and Oh Yeon Seo to Possibly Star in Minamdang: Case Note
According to JTBC news, the Korean Odyssey actress Oh Yeon Seo is in discussion to lead the Minamdang: Case Note. In response, Oh Yeon Seo's agency SidusHQ confirmed that the actress has received an offer to star in the drama and she is positively reviewing it.
In July, Doom at Your Service actor Seo In Guk also received a casting offer to star in Minamdang: Case Note. His agency Story J said that the actor is considering accepting the project. He was offered to play the role of Han Jun.
Meanwhile, Minamdang: Case Note also known as The Handsome Man: A Case Note is based on a web novel penned by Jung Jae Han and was serialized on Kakao Page and even won the grand prize at the Kakao Page's web novel contest.
It will depict the story of a former profiler Han Jun who becomes a male shaman. The mystery-action series involves the process of solving cases of clients who visit and become customers of the suspicious coffee shop Minamdang.

Oh Yeon Seo to Play as a Brilliant and Strong Detective
The production already revealed before that there will be some changes in the concept. There will also be new characters that are not in the web novel.
If Oh Yeon Seo accepts the casting offer, she is expected to play the character of Han Jae, the violent crimes division's team leader. Aside from her beautiful face, she is righteous and also blessed to have a kind heart.
Before she was transferred to the violent crimes division, she graduated from a police university and worked as a detective for three consecutive years. Even though she has short work experiences, she's given a big responsibility to lead the team.
Minamdang: Case Note to Premiere in the First Half of 2022
Ruler: Master of the Mask and The Yellow Sea writer Park Hye Jin is in charge of the script. Minamdang: Case Note will meet the viewers in the first half of 2022.
