EXO’s D.O. Wraps Up Filming His Upcoming Sci-Fi Movie ‘The Moon’
EXO's D.O., also known as Do Kyungsoo, just finished filming his upcoming movie and the team is now preparing for post production.
Kim Yong Hwa's Comeback Movie 'The Moon' is Ready for Post-Production
SpoTv reported on October 13 that EXO D.O. and Seol Kyung Gu wrapped up filming their sci-fi movie "The Moon." It has been said that the shooting began last June and concluded last October 12. The staff will already proceed in post-production for there are still lots of editing and details to work on.
Sci-fi movie "The Moon" tells the story of a man left alone in space due to an accident, and another man on earth who tries his best to save him. Director Kim Yong Hwa helmed the project, he is known for his previous works.
Kim Yong Hwa directed, penned, and produced the drama "Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds" and "Along With the Gods: The Last 49 Days." He even won the Best Director Awards at the 54th Baeksang Arts Awards in 2018 for his excellent execution of the drama.
"The Moon" marks his comeback project following "Along With the Gods" in 2018 and many are already looking forward to Kim Yong Hwa's return.

In addition, Dexter Studio is in charge of implementing the vast visual universe, which was also used in the record-breaking Netflix movie "Space Sweepers." The goal of the team is to showcase a more advanced technology.

Aside from the visuals, moviegoers are most excited to watch Do Kyungsoo on the big screen. The expectation arises since he will be sharing the frame with brilliant actor Seol Kyung Gu.
"The World of the Married" actress Kim Hee Ae is also part of the lead cast. Once the pos-production has been finalized, the team will officially announce the confirmed scheduled release of "The Moon."

EXO's D.O. Might Return with a New Legal Drama 'True Swordsmanship'
In August, the "It's Okay, That's Love" actor was reportedly cast to lead the forthcoming legal Kdrama " True Swordsmanship." His home agency, SM Entertainment confirmed that the singer-actor received an offer to be part of the drama, and is in the process of reviewing the project.
If he accepts the drama offer, the EXO member will be portraying the character of Jin Jung, a shabby prosecutor. This will be different from his previous roles.
