Park Han Byul Cuts Her Hair For “One Well Raised Daughter”

Adding to the list of cross-dressing actresses, Park Han Byul stars in the drama "One Well Raised Daughter" as the tomboyish Jang Ha Na.

Jang Ha Na is the fourth daughter of a family dominated by men, and having grown up in such an environment, she develops a boyish and strong-willed character. In the future, she will also be disguising herself as a man, the fake son Jang Eun Sung, to inherit her father's business.

For the drama, Park Han Byul cut off her long and beautiful hair to fit her character, gaining recognition from the staff and crew for her dedication. She began filming for the role in an arts school in Gyeonggi, but because of her new hair, she had a difficult time monitoring her acting. Eventually, she got used to her new look with the help of the people who supported her during the filming.

It has been two years since Park's last small screen project. She was previously seen in the dramas "Oh My Lady" and "Bolder By The Day", and she has also starred in the movies "Two Moons" and "My Black Mini Dress".

"One Well Raised Daughter" will premiere on December 2 at 7:30PM KST.
