Lee Se Hee and Ji Hyun Woo’s ‘Young Lady and Gentleman’ Resumes Filming After Production Halted Due to COVID-19
"Young Lady and Gentleman" officially returns to filming following a recent COVID-19 scare.
The romantic-comedy series features Lee Se Hee and Ji Hyun Woo as lead stars alongside Park Ha Na, Kang Eun Tak, Oh Hyun Kyung, Kang Eun Tak and more.
'Young Lady and Gentleman' Cast and Crew Tested Negative from COVID-19
After the KBS drama was forced to postpone its filming to adhere to the safety protocols, a representative announced that the cast and crew undergo diagnostic tests before fully resuming its production.
As soon as the results came in, an official from the "Young Lady and Gentleman" revealed that the tests turned out negative.
"All the test results were confirmed negative. We are going to take an outdoor photoshoot today," a representative said as obtained by a local media outlet.
On November 16, outlets cited that the weekend Kdrama halted its shooting session after two staff tested positive from COVID-19.
Moreover, a representative noted that the whole team, including cast and crew, are mandated to take tests before starting the production.
"We have been regularly taking PCR tests and fever checks during filming. We will continually look out not to cause any problem."

Helmed by PD Shin Chang Seok, who is also the genius behind Kdramas "A Man in a Veil" and "Love to End," the "Young Lady and Gentleman" follows the story of a widower named Lee Young Kook, portrayed by Ji Hyun Woo.
Although he still hasn't forgotten the death of his wife, he has to move forward for the sake of his three adorable kids.
Unfortunately, he couldn't manage to look after the trio, so he hired the help of a live-in tutor named Park Dan Dan, played by Lee Se Hee.
She has a cheerful personality and has that ray of sunshine attitude that draws the attention of Lee Young Kook.
The drama features the heart-fluttering and entertaining romance between a "rich gentleman" and a "poor young lady" in hopes of finding their true happiness.
Following its premiere on September 25, the "Young Lady and a Gentleman" continued to rake high viewership ratings and recently achieved a new personal best.
On its November 14 episode, the rom-com series scored an average nationwide rating of 32.4 percent, setting an all-time high rating.
Moreover, "Young Lady and a Gentleman" is currently the most-watched program on its time slot across all channels.
On the other hand, the production team hints at the unexpected event between Lee Young Kook and Park Dan Dan in the forthcoming episode.
In addition, the twists and turns will prompt their relationship to dig deeper and grow despite a challenging situation.
