‘Hellbound’ Episode 5: Will Park Jung Min Team Up with Kim Hyun Joo’s Group? + The New Truth Eager to Seize the Mysterious Organization

'Hellbound' Episode 5 Highlights: Bae Young Jae Meets the Sodo Firm
The fifth episode began with Bae Young Jae reflecting on his first born's fate after his wife, Song So Hyun, revealed that their child received a decree. He learned about the group minutes before his co-producer's judgment day.
At the time, his colleague mentioned that the Sodo would help him look like he escaped and would not publicize that he received a decree for being a sinner.
He then started to investigate but was caught by the group and pointed out that he should have listened to their warning.

However, during a discussion with Sodo's right hand, Young Jae admitted that his newborn also received a decree.
Min Hye Jin introduced herself to the producer and offered to let Sodo broadcast his child's damnation, which Young Jae totally refused and thought the group was inside for even suggesting it.
The lawyer then explained that this is their only way to help their family as well as save the human race from The New Truth's lies.
The New Truth Discovers Sodo Firm's Activities
To gain more support from the public, The New Truth needs to release regular live broadcasts of judgment day from the sinners.
It only means that the religious group should track people who got a decree and show the public their identity and the day they are about to face their death.
Interestingly, this contradicted Min Hye Jin's group and wanted to protect the victims, but The New Triuth is eager to destroy Sodo.
After their investigation, the religious group, together with Arrowhead, targets Sodo's head, Professor Gong Hyeong Jun.
He was severely injured after a car crash and was brought to their hideout.
Inside the unknown area, he saw his member, Kim Geun Bae, who was also beaten by the groups as they attempted to get information relating to Sodo.
The following day, Gong Hyeong Jun and Kim Geun Bae's burned bodies were found hanging on the street.
The group made it look like the duo received a decree from a prophet angel.
Of course, this stunned Bae Young Jae after knowing the professor's story and her daughter.
Min Hye Jin Escapes from The New Truth + Persuades Bae Young Jae for the Live Broadcast
Following the death of her fellow members, Min Hye Jin becomes the new target of Arrowhead and The New Truth.
Thankfully, she managed to escape but warned Bae Young Jae that he should have kept an eye on his family.
In addition, the Sodo founder tries to persuade the producer to do a live broadcast, saying that there is not much time left.
However, "Hellbound" episode 5 wraps up with Song So Hyun arriving at The New Truth headquarters.
