Hyeri felt that the plot of the drama is new and unique, which are also the reasons why she chose it as her next major project.

She described her character, Kang Ro Seo, as "a person who is intelligent, loyal, and has a strong will and clear values."

"Ro Seo is witty and loyal even in the middle of a crisis," Hyeri continued. She also compared herself to her character, saying, "I'm a very calm, rational and sensitive person, just like Ro Seo. I think before I act or make a decision. We're both firm and we're not swayed by other circumstances very easily."

"I'm excited to greet the viewers for the first time with a KBS drama. I'm happy to take on my first attempt at the historical genre," Hyeri said with excitement.

According to Hyeri, she feels reassured by working with a veteran star like Yoo Seung Ho. She said, "Just having Yoo Seung Ho sunbae (senior) by my side felt like I gained a personal reference book."

For Hyeri, Yoo Seung Ho and his character, Nam Young, have a 120% synchronization rate. The two have similar personalities and good manners.

Hyeri also talked about Byun Woo Seok and Kang Mi Na, who will also decorate the small screen with their refreshing acting. "Moonshine" marks their first project together.

The actress stated that Byun Woo Seok and Kang Mi Na are both sociable and friendly, and they quickly became close friends in a short period of time.

Even if the camera isn't rolling, they are good together in real life, sharing concerns and opinions on how to improve each other's performances.

'Moonshine' Most Memorable Scene

When Hyeri was asked about the most memorable scene she filmed, she answered, "The scene in the second episode where Ro Seo talks about alcohol, where one line explained the message of the drama."

It was memorable and the actress encouraged the viewers and fans to anticipate the scene, as well as see more of the drama, to better understand her sentiments.
