Chris Brown Ordered 90 Days to New Rehab Center after Smashing Rock at Mother’s Car Window (Photo/Video)

Chris Brown has been ordered to stay in a new rehabilitation facility after throwing rock in his mother’s car window. The order was given by the judge handling the singer’s probation involving 2009 Rihanna assault.

The incident involving Brown’s mother happened during a family session while he was staying at the facility in Malibu. According to CNN, Rihanna’s ex wanted to cut short his stay at the rehab center but his mother tried to persuade him not to.

Brown apparently got furious, threw a rock in his mother’s car window in a fit of anger.

This did not escape the attention of the court handling his probation case on Rihanna assault case.

"There is much concern with the probationer's new arrest and his violent outburst that resulted in his discharge from a treatment facility," CNN said, citing the probation report on Brown.

The Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge James Brandlin wanted to see the report by the probation officer that provide details of Brown’s development at the court-approved rehab center. Brown is scheduled to appear in L.A. court on Dec. 16.
